Woven bag flat wire through the guide hole resistance should be equal, which requires threading when the design of each flat wire through all the guide hole angle, length and so on as far as possible to balance the total equal.
Do not allow the warp wire cross-twisting.
It is best to use active warp feeding.
Jump bar adjustment is the most important, first of all, each jump bar flexible rotation, can not be dust and grease sticky, a few or a dozen together, if necessary, it is recommended to use the isolation ring to isolate each jump bar, in order to increase the ability to move.
